GEORGE ANDERSON

I have a background as a clinician, mostly in psychiatric settings. In recent years I have focussed on clinically relevant research into the biological underpinnings of a host of medical conditions, including Alzheimer's disease, MS, Parkinson's disease and a wide range of psychiatric disorders. I have started my own company, Clinical Research Communications (CRC) Scotland & London. Through this company I have published a wide range of medical and scientific articles, often in collaboration with some of the world's top researchers and academic institutions. CRC Scotland & London also offers and English Editing Service, aimed at researchers whose first language is not English, but who are required to publish an English language article of their research. See the CRC English Editing Service website: http://andersongeorg6.wix.com/crc-scotland-london

MY LATEST RESEARCH

In recent years, I have published a number of articles on the role of melatonin in CNS glia and systemic immune cells, where its autocrine effects can regulate glia and immune cell reactivity threshold. This is clinically relevant to most psychiatric and neurodegenerative conditions.
